Calculates formation/water expansion term (Efw), [rm3/sm3]. Accounts for rock compaction and connate water expansion (SI units).

Calculates two-phase formation volume factor (Bt), [rm3/sm3]. Bt = Bo + (Rsi-Rs)*Bg (SI units).
