? How do I get started?

Create an account, choose a plan, and download the add-in. Sign in from the Petroleum Office ribbon in Excel with your email, and all functions and blueprints are ready to use.

? What are the requirements?

Petroleum Office requires Microsoft Excel 2016, 2019, or Microsoft 365 for Windows and the .NET 10 Desktop Runtime (x64).

? How can I update?

To update an existing copy of Petroleum Office, just install the new version over the existing copy. It's that simple.

? I installed the add-in but it didn't appear in Excel.

Most likely you need to run the setup file as Administrator. Right-click on setup file and choose "Run as administrator". Also check the Articles section for more troubleshooting suggestions.

? Can I use my subscription on multiple computers?

Yes, you can log in from several PCs. However, we monitor active sessions per account. Suspicious usage patterns may result in subscription cancellation. See Pricing FAQs for details.
