Petroleum Office End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Team 76 Ltd (represented by Anton Baluev) governing your use of Petroleum Office (the “Software”). If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you may not use the Software.

1 Grant of License

1.1 Evaluation License

You are granted the non-exclusive right to use the Software for evaluation purposes without charge during the trial period. Your trial period begins on the day you install the Software for the first time and ends after fifteen (15) days. The evaluation license will expire at the end of the trial period. On expiration of the evaluation license, you must purchase a full license or stop using the Software.

1.2 Full License

(a) After acquiring a full license, you are granted the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software with no time limitation. With a single-user license, you may install and personally use the Software on one systems (e.g., a laptop and a desktop). With a multi-user license, this restriction applies to each user.

(b) You may make copies of the Software and/or the license code for backup and archival purposes.

1.3 License for Included Content

Unless otherwise stated, you may use graphics, images, templates, and other forms of content (collectively, “Content”) included with the Software for any personal or business presentation, with the following restrictions:

(a) You may not use the Content outside of a Microsoft Excel.

(b) You may not use the Content in a way that a reasonable person might consider offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

(c) You may not sell, license or otherwise distribute the Content on a stand-alone basis or as part of a presentation if the Content is a core value of this presentation.

(d) You may not make the Content, or parts thereof, available for download in an editable format.

(e) You may not claim authorship for the Content.

(f) You may not grant your customers the right to further license or distribute the Content.

All logos and trademarks used in the Content are and remain the property of their respective owners.

2. Restrictions

Without prior written consent of Team 76 Ltd, the following restrictions apply:

(a) You may not share your license code with any third party.

(b) You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software.

3. Online Services

The Internet-based services that may be accessed through the Software are subject to change or termination at any time. Use of the services may require that you accept additional terms of service.

4. Ownership

Team 76 Ltd reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. Team 76 Ltd or its relevant third parties own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights to the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.

5. Support and Maintenance

(a) Team 76 Ltd may, at its sole discretion, provide you with technical support related to the Software. All technical support is provided via email in English or Russian only. Team 76 Ltd strives to respond to support requests within twenty-four (24) hours.

(b) Team 76 Ltd may occasionally create updates of the Software but has no obligation to do so. If you have purchased a full license, you are entitled to receive minor updates (as indicated by a change in the version number digits to the right of the decimal point) free of charge.

6. Activation and Update Checks

(a) Once you have purchased a license from Team 76 Ltd, you may be required to activate the Software via the Internet.

(b) From time to time the Software may automatically transmit license-related data to a company-operated server to determine whether the Software is properly licensed.

(c) From time to time the Software may automatically transmit version-related data to a company-operated server to determine whether any update is available.

7. Terms and Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from Team 76 Ltd if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided as is, including any faults. Team 76 Ltd makes no warranty that the Software will meet your requirements or operate under your specific conditions of use. The compatibility of the Software with future operating systems and application software is not guaranteed by Team 76 Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Team 76 Ltd nor its authorized representatives will be liable for any damages related to the Software or this EULA. In no event will the aggregate liability related to the Software or this EULA exceed the total amount actually paid for the license.

10. Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws laws of The United Kingdom. Exclusive jurisdiction and place of performance is London, UK.

11. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
