Key Considerations:

  • Stokes law valid for Re_p < 0.1 (low Reynolds number)
  • Hindered settling accounts for particle concentration effects
  • Wall effects significant when particle diameter approaches fracture width
  • Transport ratio > 2 recommended for good proppant placement
How to use this blueprint
