Description

Rod string stress analysis for sucker rod pumping systems. Calculates rod weight, stretch, and stress levels for fatigue assessment.

Parameters:

  • d: Rod diameter (in)
  • L: Rod string length (ft)
  • SG: Fluid specific gravity (dimensionless)
  • Fo: Fluid load on plunger (lb)
  • PPRL: Peak polished rod load (lb)
  • MPRL: Minimum polished rod load (lb)
How to use this blueprint
  1. In Excel, go to the Petroleum Office ribbon tab and click Blueprint Manager
