PO.Stats.RMSE Function

Description:

Computes the root mean squared error (RMSE) between observed and predicted sequences. RMSE = sqrt(SSE/n).

Excel Function Syntax:

=PO.Stats.RMSE(observed, predicted)

Parameters:

predicted	Predicted rates (range or array).
