PO.SIM.DECK.MAPGRID
Description
Builds a single-phase corner-point Deck between a top and a base map given at the pillar nodes.
Syntax

| spec | Spec table: 'key' and 'value' columns, single-phase, with DX, DY and ORIGIN.X/Y for the pillars. |
| maps | Maps table: surface, i, j and depth columns, the top and the base at each pillar node. |
| wells | Wells table: name, type, i, j, k1 and k2 columns. |
| schedule | Schedule table: day, well, control, target and limit columns, a row per control from its day on; control = report on the days a report step ends. |
