Description:
Calculates Vogel inflow performance for steady state flow, [STB/d].
Excel Function Syntax:
=FlowRateSSVogel(J, Pe, Pwf, Pb)
Parameters:

| J | Steady state productivity index of the well, [STB/(d.psi)]. |
| Pe | Pressure at the constant-pressure boundary, [psia]. |
| Pwf | Bottom-hole flowing pressure, [psia]. |
| Pb | Bubble point pressure, [psia]. |
